It's really good you are trying to quit these habits, especially the self harm and sniffing. I'm proud of you for realizing these things are bad and doing something about it.
Try and keep yourself busy and your mind off of them. I know it's easier said than done, but you can do this. Find things you enjoy doing to fill your time and reward yourself when you are able to stay away from these things.
Don't give up.
