This is a slightly less common form of SH. But you're not alone. When diagnosed, its called trichotillomania.

Its great that you've recognised you're doing it. And now its time to at on it. There are plenty support sites on the internet, and if you feel able to, going to your doctors would be a good idea too. Sorry I can't help more.
