i no, but last time i went to my doctors he sent me counselling the counselling did not work, and the doctor said if the counselling dont work i will have to put you on anti depressants, the counselling did not work and if i go back to the doctors and tell him that the counselling didnt work and that the counselling place never put me on the confidence course that they said they would, he will probably send me back to that counselling place and that counselling place didnt even help me. i dont know what to do.
