I think age 16 minimum for sex (the age of consent in england). I think any younger than that and the person just is not mature enough to deal with the possible consequences. I also think that as under 16s are still children, losing your virginity at 16 is throwing away precious childhood innocence. If the person is mature and aged 14-15 then petting and fooling around is fine, but sex should be for when they are older. I think we, in England, have such a high percentage of teen pregnancies because girls are losing their virginity before they are mature enough and able to cope with the consequences of sex (particularly unprotected).
