Here's my list that I will continually post in these threads.

1. When you can take care of a baby if you get pregnant.
2. When ALL of your normal body parts arrive.
3. When you know all you can about conception/protection for preventive pregnancy.
4. When you're mature enought to say "vagina/penis" without laughing or feeling weird.
5. When you know that swallowing or ejaculation on pants Isn't going to get your pregnant. .
6. When you're in a loving relationship for a semi-long period of time. My opinion... six months at least.
7. When your boyfriend/girlfriend meets all the requirements above.
