Well, I wasn't sure whether this topic should come here, or under disabilities, so I decided to make it here, though please move if you feel it's int he wrong forum.
But on the topic, I was diagnosed with Arthritis (seronegative oligroarthritis to be precise) a couple of months age. but anyway, I'm on regular ibuprofen, on repeat prescription, and I have a physio session coming up. But I was wondering what else there is I can do to help stop it from being really bad? (It's mainly in my knee) The doctor has told me that swimming is really good for it, but I'm not a keen swimmer (though I would like to be x.x) and I don't have much money either, so I was wondering if anyone knows anything else I can do to help it?

The animal instinct, the wanton man
She fed him with a hunger, an appetite
And fillin' with emotion he took a bite'
