As for girls, the youngest I've ever had sex with was 15 years old back when I was 17, so idk. She didn't bring much to the table either..

I guess my opinion would be that both for boys and girls, they should wait until they've both matured mentally and when their bodies have hit puberty and actually matured a little so it doesn't look like two toothpicks poking each other. I can have that kind of entertainment at home! *brings out two toothpicks and plays with them mindlessly*

but disagreeing with everyone here. in meh opinion, its not the maturity that matters, its more whether youu love the person or not. so, while i dont condone 10 year olds having sex, im thinking the 16-18 time range most of you have is unrealistic.
