Hey there I also have arthritis (a rare form throughout my body) the best exercise both me and my DR's have found is walking, it's low impact and easy on the joints and helps with stiffness. Along with exercise classes/or tapes the most important thing to remember that most DR's won't tell you is having arthritis only means that you have to work a little bit harder, you might not do things the exact same as other people but arthritis is by no means hard to deal with.
