I'm sorry that your peers are making such comments. Though I don't understand how this is affecting you. Sorry, for misunderstanding.
First, I don't think you should start up-chucking your food. If you're skinny already there is not need to succumb to an eating disorder. I'm quite sure you are perfectly beautiful the way you are.
If you're concerned with the amount you eat. I would suggest slowing it down. Sometimes you can use some tricks to not eat so much or to reduce the amount you eat, that way you don't eat so much if that's your issue. Eating slower is helpful, savour each bite, and it will help you realise when you are not hungry any more. So try that out.
Ignore your peers comments. They can observe what they want, but you shouldn't let their comments get to you, and how you feel about your body. Celebrate yourself and how you look. I really hope that this helped. Please take care of yourself.
