It doesn't sound as if you did anything wrong. You said that you and her have talked about you both liking this guy...??? So why would she have any reason to get mad any way this guy chooses to go, either with you or with her? You are being supportive of him going with her so why can't she do the same in return? This just sounds like a normal old cat fight to me. Sounds as if she maybe getting jealous over you and this guy. BUt for what? All girl friends crush on the same guy and usually either or girl is happy which ever way the end result is. If she knows you like him also then I wouldn't be pushing him to go with her to prom. I would just enjoy your time with him and let life take it course. Talk to her of course. BUt I really do not think she has any reason to be getting jealous of upset with you. You know how mnay guys my girl firends and I have crushed on together nad I NEVER got the guy!? But I was happy for them. That's how most girl firned relationships are and should be. Supportive.
