lifting weights does stunt growth i dont care what anyone says i have talk to a specialest about it. They recommended to do excersizes that use your own body weight against you that that is healthy. They say it does stunt growth if to much weight is put on a area. So Leg presses effect your legs benching effects your arms. I have been benching 200+ since i was 14 and leg press alot to just dont do it everyday. Try to stay in lower weights with more reps and you should be fine
