You can get 99P wash in wash out stuff which is much healthier. Yes markers wash out, but they're made for drawing on paper, not for hair. The chemicals in them can't be good. Wash in/out hair dye is made for that purpose and makes your hair soft!
Washes out with shampoo so it won't run in the rain
