Yes he has the right to be naked in his own house but she shouldve had his curtains closed, then he wouldnt have gotten aressted because if he had opened his curtains the i can see why he was aressted, but still if your going to be buck naked in your own house make sure you are either somewhere where nobody will see you or close your curtains,
