Small towns... They can be darling can't they.

I would suggest going back to school in the coming fall and try the GSA again, what Im saying is go talk to someone about it and try it again. My school in my senior year created one and it was such a success. It can be a club where those who dont wish to be out yet can be safe. And those that would like to be out can and be safe too. It should be a club to help those who want to come, come out and for support.
