5:30 am, which is rarely a time when people are trespassing on your property with children peering into your windows. He wasn't against the window flaunting himself. Don't you think the first question on your mind would be why was the woman at that place at that time looking through his window? I'm amazed that you go straight to blaming the man for this silly incident instead of questioning the entire incident itself.

TWO: The woman has every right to look wherever the hell she pleases, now if she were standing ON HIS LAWN and actually standing there looking into his window, then she doesn’t have that right but the thing is that she was NOT ON HIS PROPERTY she was walking past his kitchen aka she was likely on the sidewalk and his kitchen is closest to the sidewalk, as far as I know the property line ends at the end of your driveway(or you have a property line that goes until you reach the end of the side walk going down from your driveway. she was walking by nowhere does it say she was on his property, like I said the respectful,mature,adult thing to do is to close your curtains if you plan on being buck naked in your house, for two really simple reasons
1. it’s the SMART thing to do
2. You can’t get arrested or accidentally expose yourself if your curtains are closed and nobody can see you
its the guys own fault, its his own stupidity, I don’t care if he has the right to be naked in his kitchen if he is well aware that kids live in the neighborhood then he should’ve kept his curtains shut since he was buck naked, he got himself in trouble its not the ladies fault so stop blaming her, and look at BOTH sides of the story, and do me a favor
