Also, how old is she? Cat's tend to attack things - that's what they are like! Is she neutered? That usually makes cats settle down and calm down a bit.

Kerra - please don't adopt a de-clawed cat - it is just cruel and unnecessary. Neutering your cat, however is a good idea - males smell, females get pregnant and there are far too many unwanted cats out there.
