Hey there.
Even if what he did was only verbal, that is still considered abuse. He is supposed to be your caretaker and not subject you to things that are inappropriate.
If this is something that is still going on, I really think it would be a good idea to talk to your mom or another adult you trust about it. It's not something you should have to put up with.
