You can do it, it's okay to slip up.
I know you can quit SH! If you can make it 13 days, then you can make it longer, keep trying to tell yourself tha tyou can break the 13 day record, aim for three weeks or even a couple days longer than 13 days.
Distract yourself with other activities.
