I think everyones had a bad kissing experience at some point so don't worry. Normally it's just through inexperience and people trying to emulate what they see in films and on tv which sounds like what both guys you kissed were trying to do lol. Either way it will get better with experience. This may sound a little strange since it's only kissing but communication is important (just like in sex and other 'activities') just drop little hints because also important that both parties enjoy the experience shared between you both and if you don't tell the other person that you don't like something then chances are they will continue to do it. Also maybe try taking the lead next time you kiss someone. Get them to go at a pace which suits you and that you feel comfortable with and eventually the rest will come naturally once you get used to the way that person kisses and the way you like to kiss them.
