First, you mention shallow emotions. Psychopaths do not have this, they have (other than extreme anger sometimes) no emotions displayed or felt. Second, you mention you sometimes feel guilty (you say you don't often feel guilty meaning at times you do) but psychopaths do not. Lastly, you help people on this website for no money, nothing in return. Pretending to act happy when you're not happy is not what psychopaths do. They act happy because they don't "feel" happiness, they don't know what it truly is.

The person in my signature would be considered a psychopath. He admitted that whenever he killed people, he'd look at their dead eyes and see only himself because he felt nothing. The only emotion he'd feel would sometimes be anger and that often resulted in any number of corpses. As a child, he tortured cats, burned cats alive, skinned some alive and did this to other animals all for the pure fun and interest of it. At that time, he was about your age, give or take 1-2 years.

The cases where they've found children who currently are psychopaths, do much more than this. For example, there was a case where one broke into a zoo, killed many reptiles by smashing their skulls against rocks then throwing other animals to the crocodiles while the kid hopped in to watch up close as the animals fought and died. Another case was when there was one psychopathic child and one non-psychopathic child. The non-psychopathic child was still an infant in its crib and would have severe abdominal pains and bruising on its limbs. Eventually, the parents saw that the psychopathic child would beat the baby up and when the parents intervened, the psychopathic child started hitting the baby's head on the ground. He then admitted he likes sharp things to stick in live animals to have them "dance". Those are psychopaths (and other diagnoses).

This could be due to your eating habits or to something else. When people's electrolytes are thrown off balance, this can occur. For example, hyponatremia is when your sodium serum levels are too low. It often is due to other medical conditions however, certain diets can cause it to happen. The same can occur for hypokalemia (excessively low potassium serum levels). Both usually are due to medical illnesses but diets with very low sodium and potassium and lots of water consumption. Given you said you drink lots of water and don't eat much, this can be the cause.

If part of the reasoning for why you don't eat is because you want to increase self-confidence, then have you tried doing other less harmful things that can make you more self-confident? Also, suppose you become slim enough to see all of your ribs, have very thin limbs and weigh not a lot. Would you then feel self-confident in your looks or would you decide that you need to be slimmer and slimmer? I believe you'd decide you would still need to be slimmer and slimmer, becoming more unhealthy and setting more unhealthy goals, such as seeing your radius and ulna in greater detail. In other words, it's a cycle you're well aware of and you want it to keep going but to others, it doesn't work for what you want it to work. The way I see it, if you're self-confident, you won't need to worry so much about how you look but I don't believe that'll happen with this.

My other question is, what inspired you to take this route of becoming slimmer and slimmer? I'd assume it was to look like other girls do who are slim but what do you believe is the cause(s)?
Thank you for making sure that I'm not a sociopath.

I just want to feel as though I am just paper, no fat, just bones, a skeleton. To be able to feel my bones without having to pull the fat away first, to be spiky and bony, like a knife, although, I know that is not possible to be so thin that I'm spiky and sharp, I would die first.
