hmmm well i'd say to take it easy on your wrist for a few days, no more push ups or using it unless you have to (no working out, marital arts etc) for a few days, just to see if it goes away. Take some advil and put a ice pack on it. And hopefully it will get better. I know i have had that issue a few times i just had to assume that i slept on it somehow since there was no other way it could have happened. Best of luck.
