Ask her to leave the meat off, or to put it on the side? It might just be that the food doesn't appeal to you. A lot of us are very picky eaters, no matter how old we get, and sometimes if a food looks bad or gross, we won't even try it. The best bet is to try new things, or to try it without the meat on it.
Depression can affect your appetite. It can make you very hungry, or not feel hungry at all. And it can make you not want to eat.Talk to your doctor. They can help you figure out why you are losing weight, and if it is indeed related to your depression.
