I read somewhere that you lose 2.5 liters of water a day though sweat, urine and other activities you do and the body needs to replace that water. Keady was right food does supply about 1/3 of that water lost. So if food gives you 1/3 of the water lost and you need to drink 2.5 you would need to drink 2.17 liters of pure water.
Everyone is born right-handed. Only the greatest overcome it.
