In her post, she clearly states that she likes him. That's pretty clear to me.

If you think he might make a move, let him do it. But, if you don't think he is, then if you want things to escalate into a relationship, you make the first move. Don't always leave it up to the guy to make the move. Sometimes, that's just a disappointment.

Most men (that I have met anyway) aren't very good at taking hints, and have to be told outright what your thinking or feeling or etc. So, making subtle hints that you want him to make a move, might not click in his mind.
