If they're above your elbow, long sleeves rolled up? It's less obvious, and you could just say it's in case you get a bit chilly later in the day.. Below the elbows is a bit harder. Wristbands work, but if you don't normally wear them, it'd be just as obvious as wearing long sleeves or sweaters in hot weather.
