Which is indeed a problem, just what Cameron is doing isn't helping the problem at all, just victimising a majority who have nothing to do with the crimes(well, moral crime anyway) he's going on(and on) about.
Besides, you're not really being as niave as to think that all this vitriol and hatred Cameron is stirring is going to affect just the runaway fathers, is it? It's the single fathers who're going to suffer the most.
