It sounds like your cousin disagreed with your viewpoint - and rather than "agreeing to disagree", she deleted you. It would an overreaction on her part, but I would give her a few days to calm down before approaching her about the subject. My guess is that you didn't mean to offend her with your differing viewpoint, and vice versa. Maybe she just couldn't handle the perceived negativity at the time, and deleting you was her way of coping.
