I'm not sure exactly how long it's been. I think the last time I self-harmed was in mid-June, so that's about....3 or 4 months? (I'm horrible at mental math). This is the longest I've gone in years!
God, grant the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know that difference.
