Yeah, it does sound like some sort of OCD, but its a kind I've never heard of before. I used to always have to be even, like I had to walk an even number of steps or eat an even amount of a kind of food, but I grew out of it. This doesn't seem that extreme, but if you say that you get angry if its disrupted it could grow into something bigger, even an eating disorder. I would talk to your doctor about this  I hope I helped.
