I didn't really mean it. Kattie bugged me all week about not doing things with you, and convinced me to write that letter; Savannah had been hinting around since Wednesday that she thought you were cheating on me with that short girl -- still can't remember her name! -- and when she told me on Friday that you sat with her instead of me, regardless of what I thought before, I got afraid and didn't want to end up like last time, when you left me for Emily and I was completely oblivious.


I didn't want to let you think you'd gotten the better of me, because I couldn't have stood the humiliation. I love you again, and last time I did, you betrayed all the love and trust I had in you, even if you really thought I'd dumped you in the first place. But I still love you, and I miss you, and I know that this time you didn't do anything, and I just want you to hold me and tell me that everything's gonna be okay, that you're not mad at me....
