I've tried putting bandages on my thumb & middle finger, 'cause I chewed on them the most. Putting clear nail polish all around your nails, because it makes it taste and feel weird. Also, that stuff people put on their nails when they chew on them? It works to put that around them too. I don't know where you live, but it's a pretty blustery winter here in Canada, so wearing a pair of gloves when you go out, or around the house is a pretty good option too, I think.

Sorry, I'm kind of fresh out of ideas. I don't think it was such a big problem with me as it seems to be with you, so I wish you the best of luck.

(Oh, and I see you've only been here a month, so welcome! c: )

Thanks for the advice! I will try the nail polish idea sounds like it would work. And yes, i'm from Canada too!
