Traci, I'm really proud of you for eating 3 full meals today. I'm sure it was tough and the fact that you didn't binge or purge is a fantastic accomplishment!
As for me, I ate 1 meal today and I'm going out to dinner with a friend, where I will eat more than the free bread and water.
wanderlust consumed her;
foreign hearts & exotic minds compelled her.
she had a gypsy soul
and a vibrant heart for the unknown.
