Well, I am not sure how you explained it to her, but maybe you could bring it up again and tell her your friend wants you to tell them how to get help and that you want to be a great friend and help out but you really have no idea what to do and are worried about your friend's safety.


Could you write your mom a letter explaining that you self harm and that you want help?
