I would...
buy a house
buy a car
buy a vacation home elsewhere, preferably somewhere tropical
save some money for my kids' tuition, future fees, etc.
buy myself a really nice camera
travel the world
take my family/friends somewhere
pay off my college debt/tuition
give my parents a large amount of money so they can retire comfortably
give my bro about 1k or so, so he can go shopping or w/e he wants to do
