"I support my friends by going to their show" would be, "je soutiens mes amis en allant à paraître* leur soirée**"

* = if you are not confident in your French speaking ability, use, "regarder" because it's easier to pronounce. There are a variety of others words to use other than, "paraître" and "regarder" that would carry a similar meaning.

** = a general translation for, "show" because a more accurate translation requires for you to elaborate whether it's a party or something else.
