UPDATE: I managed to get windows back on after 6 hours but it's terribly slow and there is a popping/clicking noise from laptop which I read up is HDD failure my laptop is coming up 2 year old and I'll like to get another 2-3 years out of it so I'm going to get hard drive replaced thanks again guys
