 Yes, that's how you get pregnant. As someone said above, there is always a chance of pregnancy when you have sex, no matter what kind of birth control you use. If you're normally regular, and your period is 5 weeks later, take an HPT, or a home pregnancy test. The test should give you an accurate result.
