Amber has made a good point. The pain could be from the abortion. Your body hasn't fully recovered yet.

I doubt the pain was a sign of pregnancy. Normally you feel some light cramping during implantation, though most women do not feel anything or have any signs. Then you normally don't get any pregnancy symptoms until 6-8 weeks after conception.

As others have said, test. But stop having unprotected sex unless you plan on another abortion, doing adoption, or becoming a parent. None of which sound appealing.

Ask him to wear protection. If he complains, then say you won't have sex. Explain to him your reasoning. You aren't ready for a kid and you don't want to have to make a tough decision if you were to become pregnant.
