Even though her legs are twitching, her clit may get more sensitive as she gets closer. Personally, even when my partner 'powers through' the fact that my legs twitch, I can only handle specific types of contact there. It's sometimes gets uncomfortable depending on how my partner is doing whatever he/she is doing. Ask her about that. It's important to rule out different things.
