get the courage to text M or W <3 probably W since I texted M yesterday....wait he never replied....o yeah thats right, I'm not good enough for him </3
so maybe I'll text W, do some writing, feel happy for a little while, go for a run (a needed run, I need to get out some emotion) and resist the urges to end my life or ruin my progress
