Not what I came to the website looking for, but!...
About a year... I started counselling just after my 13th birthday, can't remember exactly.
Bio oil is good, its helping but I know the scars will never fully heal, and in a way I don't want them too.
Given my latest traumatic experience I need a reminder to stop me slipping.
