I pretty much agree with what everyone else is saying. Since you don't have access to a gym, you can always go on youtube and look for workout videos. If you don't have any dumbbells, you should think about saving money to get a set. As for nutrition, it's all about portion control. You need to get an adequate amount of all the food groups. Drinking water is one of the most important things. If all you drink is sodas and nothing else, then you wouldn't see much weight loss. Our body is about 60%-75% water, so water is very important. You should aim to about 8 cups of water a day.
