To me, it just sounds like you were drunk, all of the symptoms you are listing could have come from the alcohol. It could have been something else, but really, these same effects could come from alcohol. Next time, I would recommend not drinking that much, which will help you not take pills from strangers. You got lucky that this time it had mild effects, next time, it could have been a date-rape drug, and the outcome could have been a lot more severe. I'd be more careful when drinking.
