How about a bake sale? You could make cupcakes and cookies and sell them for $0.50 - $1.00 each.

On another note, you could prioritize the way you spend your money differently. Is it really that important to have a special outfit for this concert? What's wrong with the wardrobe you already have? Would you be able to wear this outfit any other time after the concert? Maybe you could just go in clothing you already own (or borrow an outfit from someone else) and use that money to buy merchandise instead.
