(I'm a girl) Sore from Masturbation? -

This is umm... Quite embarrassing and I hope it doesn't offend anyone asking but I've googled it and didn't really get much helpful info so I thought I'd ask here. Umm... So, I'm a girl (teen) and a virgin, and I've been masturbating for 2 years now and umm, just have a few questions. In the past year, after I rub my clit and orgasm, it's sore if I don't wait to do it again in at least 4-5 days. I read about over masturbating but it said wait 1-2 or even 3 days if it hurts. So, is this normal? I'm quite horny a lot and masturbation is my outlet due to not wanting to get pregnant too early. Wanna find the right one. 
I don't really get much from fingering myself or anything else. So what do I do? I try to take my mind off wanting sex but I always tend to masturbate and wind up hurting myself by doing it too much. It doesn't interfere with my daily stuff nor am I obsessed (I don't think anyway :P) Just wondering about the soreness and touchiness.
