Timing can be a big thing. If you're only on for 10 min or so a day, it can be hard to get in touch with people because there is no guarantee that someone will be right there in that 10 min that you do get online. But you can always shoot someone a message or most a visitor message on their page as well and people will reach out and get in touch with you.
