I ban you because I think that's the same with everyone. Sadly the cross-trainers at our gym have a speed limit, they used to have no speed limit and I would get up to 30 kilometres an hour and it turned into some of the best cardio workouts I have ever done but now the limit is a measly 25  . I also ban you because on the treadmill I ran a marathon within four days............. which is slightly dangerous but a MASSIVE achievement in itself  .
