I have no desire to stop cutting.
Also, I really don't want to go to therapy today since I don't want to deal with anything.
And my friend wants to hang out with me, but I'm drained of energy and don't want to be around anyone right now. But if I'm alone I'm going to end up cutting more.
Self harm isn't even helping that much anymore, I just can't not do it.
