Hey there May456! I'm Jen! to teen help!! I'm so glad you found us!

I'm what we here at Teen Help like to call a buddy. Buddies are anybody with a light green username like mine. We're like the welcome wagon! It's the best welcome wagon that ever did roll down the dirt road! So if you need anything or want help finding your way around the forums, dont't hesitate to contact me or anybody else in light green! There's lots of other staff members on the site, too. The Live Help Operators (LHO's) answer questions in an instant messaging system called live help. You can talk to them one-to-one about ANYTHING. Their usernames are Teal. Those in Pink are Help Link Mentors (HLM's) and when you access helpLINK, you write an e-mail type message to them, and then 3 of them will respond with a lengthy response.

If you want, you can also get help or just relax and have fun in the chat room. It's a pretty cool place. I'm usually in there if you're ever looking for me.
