Hey there ! to Teen Help!

I see you just joined today. That's fantastic!! I'm so glad you found us. There's lots of ways here to get help and give help. Let me outline a few for you!
HelpLINK is where users can write an e-mail like message and then 3 mentors will respond giving their best advice or support
Live Help is where you chat one-to-one with a live help operator and they can help you out with anything you have on your mind. It's an instant messenger thing.
The forums is where you can post pretty much anything about any topic. They're sorted into tons of topics like sex and puberty, depression and suicide, eating disorders, self harm, etc.

And of course, if you need anything, you can call upon one of the buddies. Buddies are people like me who are here to help and give support to new members You can contact me or any of the other buddies about pretty much anything and we will be able to point you in the right direction.

I hope to see you around more. I saw in your "about me" section that you get scared a lot. That's okay, lots of us do (including me). It's a work in progress, and we're all here to support you!
